All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipping and may no longer qualify for cancellation.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • This includes personalized gift boxes, custom messages, and special event orders for Kremas Sample.

Shipping Orders

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when applicable)
