1. Shipping and Delivery Options

Standard Shipping on all orders (5-8 Business day). International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business day (s) excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

3. Damaged Orders

Kcboutique09 is not liable for damaged product after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we may assist you.
